Lonnie G. Harper and Associates, Inc. was awarded a contract by the State of Louisiana through the office of Facility Planning and Control to provide engineering and design services to rehabilitate two boat launches and approximately 1200 linear feet of sheet pile bulkhead located on the Rockefeller Refuge with a project budget of $2.3 million.
